Service Description

If you are feeling stuck, unmotivated, lacking in purpose, direction, confidence or any other one of life’s emotions, then this is the perfect option for you. It will enable you to stand back and look at your life as a whole while dealing with any challenges in bite size and manageable pieces, so you feel in control and excited by change. You will experience the benefits of my style of coaching and in just three months make considerable changes and progress in whatever areas you have chosen to focus on. These sessions are high energy to keep you focused on your goals and allow you to leave feeling energized with specific exercises and areas to focus on between sessions. The real change happens between sessions when you apply your learning experienced during the sessions. Individual sessions are 45 minutes of coaching and 15 minutes of reiki for $77. Or book a package of 6 sessions for $385 ($77 savings). For clients who prefer longer and more relaxed sessions, these sessions can be extended to 90 minutes for $115/individual sessions or $575/package of 6 sessions. NOTE: 6 x 60min sessions are usually carried out over 3 months but you can choose to do faster or slower. You can of course continue coaching beyond the 3 months as by then you will already be enjoying the benefits of your hard work and might well be looking to take these changes even further or add to them.

Cancelation Policy

For Reiki packages, there are no refunds. Please give 48 hours notice to reschedule appointment. All sessions must be scheduled within the 90 or 180 day period. For Traditional/Distance Reiki, please give 72 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund (100%) or may reschedule for a future session if session already paid in full. If notified within 48 hours, there will be a 50% refund. If notified within 24 hours, there will be no refund. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. *Exception - if you are having COVID-19 related symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, and/or have been exposed to someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact our office immediately to re-schedule. You will not be charged as long as you contact us prior to your appointment.
