Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You, as the client, will be responsible for the entire fee for the session if cancellation is less than 24 hours or you do not show up for the session*. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. *Exception - if you are having COVID-19 related symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, and/or have been exposed to someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact our office immediately to re-schedule. You will not be charged as long as you contact us prior to your appointment.
